Privacy Policy

Evyron is a small business run by Isko. We work remotely with small businesses around the world. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Evyron.

This policy covers this website (evyron.tech), our contact form, our email and our browser demo. When we build a website or an AI receptionist for a client, how we handle their customers’ information is set out in our written agreement with that client.

When you visit the website

Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when your browser loads a page: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. It’s used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use it to identify you, and we don’t run analytics.

When you use the contact form

We ask for your name, your business name, your phone number, an optional message, and which service you’re interested in. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare your free demo or a quote. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing. The form is processed by Netlify Forms, which stores your submission, checks it for spam and emails it to us.

When you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them to reply.

When you use our browser demo

The demo is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. It runs on Vapi and uses your microphone, which your browser asks you to allow. When you start a call:

• the call may be recorded and transcribed;
• we receive anything you say during the call;
• to limit how many demo calls each visitor can make, we store a one-way, scrambled code made from your IP address (never the address itself) and how many calls you’ve made;
• we use recordings and transcripts to provide the demo and to improve how our assistant works.

The demo plays a sample business, so please don’t share sensitive information (such as health, financial or payment details) on the call.

• No analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or tracking of any kind.
• No cookies. This website doesn’t set any.
• No Google Fonts requests. Our fonts are stored on our own website, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or any other font service.
• We don’t sell your personal information or share it for marketing.
• We don’t make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

This website doesn’t set cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

If JavaScript is turned off in your browser, sending the contact form shows a simple confirmation page served by Netlify, our hosting and form provider.

This is the complete list of outside services involved in running this website, the contact form, our email and the browser demo. The site’s code, images and fonts are all served from our own website.

• Contact-form messages and emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
• Demo-call recordings and transcripts: up to 90 days, then deleted. Our voice AI provider may keep its own copies for the period set in its policy.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for the period set in its policy.
• If you become a client: we keep what we need for our work together, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@evyron.tech from the address you used, or tell us when you made a demo call. We’ll reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm it’s really you first. You won’t be treated any differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We work remotely with businesses in many countries. The services listed above may store or process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. We use established providers that protect data with industry-standard security.

We only keep what we need, and we protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where it’s available. No system is perfectly secure, though, so please don’t send sensitive information through the form, by email or in the demo.

This website is meant for business owners. It isn’t aimed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has contacted us, email info@evyron.tech and we’ll delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
